Prospective Graduates
The Graduate Program in Nursing offers courses leading to the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and/or preparation to sit for professional certification in selected areas. The program is designed to facilitate the development of advanced knowledge in nursing theory, research, and practice.
Four clinical concentrations are available: Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS); Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS); Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP); and, in collaboration with Shenandoah University, Nurse Midwifery (NM).
Two Certificates are also available: Post Masters FNP and Certificate in Gerontological Nursing. Application for admission into the Graduate Program may be made at any time, and admission is continuous .
